By accessing or placing an order on NumerologyGenie Store (numerologygenie.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph all products. However, please note:

• Natural crystals, gemstones, and stones are unique — colour, size, and pattern may vary slightly from the images shown.
• All our products are genuine and ethically sourced. Certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable.
• Product weights and dimensions are approximate and provided for reference only.
• Every piece is energetically cleansed and charged under full moon before dispatch — this process is spiritual in nature and individual results may vary.
• We do not make medical, therapeutic, or curative claims about any crystal or gemstone product.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payments are processed securely through CashFree Payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).
• We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
• Promotional prices and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately. Cancellations can only be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, before it is dispatched.

• To cancel an order within 2 hours, WhatsApp us at the contact number provided or email support@numerologygenie.com.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a replacement under our Replacement Policy.

We ship pan-India via Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other trusted courier partners. Tracking information is shared via email and SMS after dispatch.

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at additional cost of ₹99.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Flat ₹60 shipping on orders below ₹999.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment is dispatched.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong address or non-availability, a re-dispatch fee of ₹60 will apply.

NumerologyGenie Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use any product purchased from our store.
• Any spiritual, metaphysical, or energetic claims associated with crystals or gemstones.
• Delays or failures in delivery beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
