Our Replacement Promise

At NumerologyGenie Store, every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. We stand fully behind the quality of every crystal, bracelet, gemstone, and mala we sell.

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost:

  • Product arrived visibly broken, cracked, or shattered.
  • Product is physically damaged due to transit handling.
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered).
  • Product is significantly different from the listing description in terms of type or material.
  • Missing item — you received fewer items than what was in your order.

What Is Not Covered

We are a natural stone and crystal store. Please understand that natural products have inherent variations that are not defects:

  • Change of mind after purchase — we do not accept returns for this reason.
  • Colour variation — natural crystals and stones will differ slightly from screen images due to lighting and individual piece uniqueness.
  • Minor size variation — natural products have approximate sizing and slight differences are normal.
  • Natural inclusions, lines, or patterns within the stone — these are natural characteristics, not defects.
  • Metaphysical or energy dissatisfaction — individual experiences with crystals vary and are not grounds for replacement.
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidental dropping, or mishandling after delivery.
  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Every crystal and gemstone in our store is a natural product. No two pieces are identical. Colour intensity, size, shape, and surface markings will vary from piece to piece and from screen to actual product. This is the beauty of natural stones — not a defect. Please buy with this understanding.

How to Claim a Replacement

If your order qualifies for a replacement, follow these simple steps:

Report within 48 hours of delivery
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this window cannot be processed.

Send photos / video of the issue
Share clear photos or a short video showing the damage or issue. Include your Order ID in the message.

Our team reviews within 24 hours
We will review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies for replacement within 1 business day.

Replacement dispatched within 2–3 days
Once approved, your replacement will be prepared, moon-energised, and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You will receive a new tracking number.

Do I Need to Return the Damaged Item?

No — in most cases you do not need to return the damaged item. We may ask you to dispose of the damaged item locally to avoid unnecessary courier costs on both sides.

In rare cases where we need the item back (e.g., for quality investigation), we will arrange and pay for the reverse pickup ourselves. You will never be asked to pay for return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before they enter our packing and dispatch process. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled within 2 hours before dispatch — full refund.
  • We are unable to fulfil or replace a confirmed order due to stock issues — full refund.
  • Duplicate payment charged in error — refund of excess amount.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds typically arrive faster (1–3 days).

🔮 Why We Don’t Offer Returns

Crystals and gemstones are energetically charged items. Once a piece has been in someone's home or hands, we cannot re-sell it as a new item to another customer. This is why we offer replacements for genuine defects rather than returns for any reason. We appreciate your understanding.

Need to Report an Issue?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos/video of the issue. Our team responds within a few hours during business hours (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat).
