Every crystal and gemstone in our store is a natural product. No two pieces are identical. Colour intensity, size, shape, and surface markings will vary from piece to piece and from screen to actual product. This is the beauty of natural stones — not a defect. Please buy with this understanding.
If your order qualifies for a replacement, follow these simple steps:
No — in most cases you do not need to return the damaged item. We may ask you to dispose of the damaged item locally to avoid unnecessary courier costs on both sides.
In rare cases where we need the item back (e.g., for quality investigation), we will arrange and pay for the reverse pickup ourselves. You will never be asked to pay for return shipping.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before they enter our packing and dispatch process. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Crystals and gemstones are energetically charged items. Once a piece has been in someone's home or hands, we cannot re-sell it as a new item to another customer. This is why we offer replacements for genuine defects rather than returns for any reason. We appreciate your understanding.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos/video of the issue. Our team responds within a few hours during business hours (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat).
