Our standard bracelets are stretchable and fit most adult wrist sizes (6.5 to 8 inches / 16.5 to 20 cm). They are made with high-quality elastic cord that is durable and comfortable for daily wear.

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. A small COD handling charge of ₹30 is applicable. You can check availability at checkout by entering your pin code.

For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make payment at the time of delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email within 24 hours. We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart depending on your location.

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap. If you are outside India and wish to order, please WhatsApp us and we will try to arrange a shipment manually for bulk orders (₹5,000+).

We do not accept returns as crystals are energetically sensitive products. However, we offer a free replacement if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To claim a replacement, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a clear photo or video of the damaged item and its packaging.

• Take a clear photo/video of the damaged product and the packaging
• WhatsApp us at +91 79961 93030 within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your Order ID and the photos/videos
• We will dispatch a replacement within 2–3 business days — no need to return the damaged item in most cases

If the item is unused and in original packaging, we can arrange an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Please WhatsApp us before sending the item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

There are several effective methods:

• Moonlight — Place overnight under the full moon (Purnima). Most powerful method.
• Running water — Hold under cool running water for 30 seconds. Avoid for soft stones like Selenite.
• Sea salt — Place in dry sea salt overnight. Rinse and dry afterwards.
• Sunlight — 1–2 hours in morning sunlight. Avoid for colour-fading crystals like Amethyst.
• Incense smoke (Sage / Palo Santo / Frankincense) — Pass through smoke for 30 seconds.

We recommend cleansing once a month or after emotionally intense events.

• Sleeping — Generally fine. Calming stones like Amethyst, Moonstone, and Lepidolite are actually beneficial to wear while sleeping. However, highly stimulating stones (Red Jasper, Carnelian) may disrupt sleep for sensitive individuals.
• Bathing / Swimming — Avoid. Soap, chlorine, and saltwater can degrade the elastic cord and dull some crystals over time. Remove before bathing, swimming, or using cleaning products.
